A Power Breakfast for your body and soul    
Start the week off right, all Jewish men and boys over the age of Bar-Mitzvah are invited, bring your own Tefillin. Don’t own a pair, no worries, we’ll provide one for you to use!

WHAT ARE TEFILLIN?
Tefillin are black leather boxes containing Hebrew parchment scrolls, worn by Jewish men and boys on a daily basis. A set includes two—one for the head and one for the arm. Each consists of three main components: the scrolls, the box and the strap  LEARN MORE
